Ceva Wildlife Research Fund is governed by a board of directors made up of five members with complementary expertise. Together, they ensure the scientific quality, transparency, and impact of the research projects supported to advance wildlife health.

Role and operations
The board of directors meets at least once a year. It evaluates project proposals based on the recommendations of the Advisory Committee, deliberates, and makes strategic decisions.
